To start the process of the simulation discussion we create a whatsapp group to keep only one communication via. The nicest part was the selection of the characters (Main office members), and the hardest achieve a cohesion of the scripts ideas.

The use of social media in workplace is very important for the organization and their clients. Exists an important increment of this tool in comparison to past years, because of the benefits for both sides. Here we can see some important data of social media in workplace:

• 90% of businesses use social media for business purpose.
• 70% of businesses reported disciplinary action against social media misuse in the office.
• 43% of businesses permit employees to access social media sites.

But all data is not in favor to the organization, because 59% no monitors the use of social media in workplace. This means that the company and their business could be in risk. And the most important data is that 63% of the companies don’t provide training to employees to an appropriate use of social media.

Activity #2

When a person has a flawless grammar indicates a higher level of education than others, also capable to make better synthesis. Furthermore a manager requires almost perfect grammar to communicate with superiors.

Activity #1

The most important mistake that should I correct is to improve my grammar capacity, specifically maintaining the format that I used. However it’s very difficult to synthesize your skills if you have a lot of them.
